We are a school that meets the diverse special educational needs of pupils between the ages of 11 and 19 and a specialist support school.

NORTH RIDGE PROSPECTIVE YEAR 7 PUPILS FOR SEPTEMBER 2021 –  PARENTS VISITS

THIS WILL BE OF INTEREST TO YEAR 6 PUPILS WHO HAVE AN EHC PLAN

 

Due to COVID 19 we are unable to welcome large groups of families to look around our school. We are however offering small group visits.

The visit will last 45 minutes and you must arrive on time for your appointment – we can only offer 1 place per family. If you require further information you can arrange to speak to a member of the senior leadership team by telephone. Visits have been arranged for the week of 5.10.20. There are 3 appointment times per day.

 

You must wear a face covering throughout the visit

COVID Guidance – Visitors to School

 

In order to ensure we are doing our very best to keep our whole community safe visitors to school are limited and permitted by appointment only.

 

We ask that you do not attend school if you have any symptoms, have tested positive for COVID 19 or have been in close contact with someone who has a confirmed case.

 

Our reception is limited to a maximum of 2 people at any one time to ensure social distancing measures are in place.

 

If you have a pre-arranged appointment in school, we ask that;

  • You sanitise your hands on arrival, using the dispenser in reception
  • You sign in on the display screen and wipe it down after use, wipes are available in reception
  • You maintain social distance from others during your visit
  • You wear a face covering when on corridors or in circulation areas e.g. reception

 

We ask that you respect and support all of the measures in place in order to stay safe and keep others safe.
